This policy explains how ExpressAI Solutions handles information used by Automation, including when you connect Automation to QuickBooks Online.

1. Information Automation may process

Automation processes the information needed to perform the functions you request. Depending on the QuickBooks Online permissions you authorize, this may include business contact details, customer, vendor, employee, product, service, invoice, payment, transaction, account, and other accounting records. We may also receive basic technical and support information when you contact us or use the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, support, and improve Automation, to carry out the operations you direct, to respond to support requests, and to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information or use QuickBooks Online data for advertising.

3. QuickBooks Online and Intuit

Automation connects to QuickBooks Online only after you authorize it through Intuit. Intuit's handling of your information is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy notices. You can revoke Automation's access through QuickBooks Online at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not share QuickBooks Online data except as needed to provide Automation, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Service providers that help us operate Automation may process information only on our behalf and for those purposes.

5. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Automation, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may stop using Automation and revoke its QuickBooks Online access at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You can ask about or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and any records we must retain. You can also revoke QuickBooks Online access through Intuit. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide notice when required by law.
