End-User License Agreement

This agreement applies to Automation, the ExpressAI Solutions application that you may connect to QuickBooks Online.

1. Acceptance

By using Automation, you agree to this End-User License Agreement. If you use Automation for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept this agreement for that organization.

2. License

ExpressAI Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Automation for your internal business purposes. The license applies only while you comply with this agreement and any applicable paid-service terms.

3. Your QuickBooks Online connection

Automation can connect to QuickBooks Online only after you authorize the connection through Intuit. You are responsible for your QuickBooks Online account, the permissions you grant, the records you select, and the instructions you give Automation. You can revoke Automation's access through QuickBooks Online or by contacting us.

Automation may read, create, update, or otherwise process QuickBooks Online data within the permissions you authorize and only to carry out the operations you request. You remain responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for accounting, tax, payment, or business decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Automation unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to process data you are not authorized to handle.

5. Ownership

Automation, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by ExpressAI Solutions or its licensors. This agreement gives you a right to use Automation, not ownership of it. You retain your rights in the information and records you provide or authorize Automation to process.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Automation when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, or secure it. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption where practical.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Automation is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ExpressAI Solutions disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in this agreement. To the extent permitted by law, ExpressAI Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of Automation.

8. Termination

You may stop using Automation at any time and revoke its QuickBooks Online access. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach this agreement or if continued access would create a legal, security, or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. The updated version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Automation after the update takes effect means you accept the updated agreement.
